Today is my four week anniversary in the hospital. To celebrate, I ate a pint of Blue Bell black walnut ice cream. My son Nephi calls the hospital –"the hostible". Josh and I like it so much we never correct him.
My condition has been stable. Medication has controlled my blood pressure well. In spite of my preeclampsia, my baby has had a great heart rate, has been moving well, growing well, and receiving adequate blood flow.
My delivery by c-section has been scheduled for August 11, 2009 at 11 am. My sister Kinga is here in Georgia taking very good care of my 4 children. She reminded me that August 11, 1988 was the date that I was baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and received a new life. Coincidence?
P.S. I don't normally post fat swollen pictures of myself, but have you ever seen a more pregnant woman at 35 weeks? Everyone I don't know thinks I'm having multiples. My sister Kinga is on the left, and my friend Tina on the right.

Dzisiaj jest 4 tygodniowa rocznica mojego przyjscia do szpitala. Aby swietowac, zjadjam bardzo dobre lody z wloskimi orzechami.
Moje lekarstwa dobrze kontroluja moje cisnienie. Moja kondycja nadal jest stabilna. Po mimo tej choroby, moje dziecko bardzo dobrze sie czuje. Ma bardzo dobre tempo serca, bardzo dobrze rosnie, i krew bardzo dobrze plynie do macicy. Najczesciej to so problemy z ta chorobo ale u mnie nie.
Bede miala cesarskie ciecie 11 Sierpnia 2009 o jedenastej godzinie. Moja siostra Kinga jest tu u mnie w Georgia i bardzo dobrze zajmuje sie moimi dziecmi. Ona mi przypomniala ze ja sie ochrzcilam w dniu 11 Sierpnia 1998 i zostalam czlonkiem Kosciola Jezusa Chrystusa Swietych Dni Ostatnich. To sa urodziny mojego nowego zycia. Czy to przypadek?
P.S. Normalnie nie robie sobie zdjec jak jestem spuchnieta, gruba, i w ciazy. Ale chcialam pokazac jaki ogromny mam brzuch. Chyba wiekszego brzucha nie widzieliscie. Wszyscy co mnie nie znaja mysla ze mam wiecej niz jedno dziecko w brzuchu. Kinga jest na mojej lewej stronie, a moja przyjaciolka Tina po prawej.

I was thinking that you looked as pregnant as I did... with twins!! I only share because you mentioned it :) That just means you are doing everything you are suppossed to do for that baby!
WOW! You've made it ... what a strong person you are. Aug 11th is a good day to be born ... that's Grammie's birthday (Sheila's grandmother). Only a few more days! Congrats.

In Sylwia's defence. She didn't want to do makeup. IN fact her sister made her do it. Cuz Kinga wanted a picture. She didn't even want to take her picture. I am so glad she did. She looks beautiful. And April is right she is doing everything right for that baby.
